New Zealand address support

Issue Summary

Here's an initial attempt at New Zealand support for CCK Address. It's based on the Australian address module by ivan.g but with States removed. I've aimed to match the address standards issued by NZ Post (see http://www.nzpost.co.nz/Cultures/en-NZ/Personal/AddressingAndPackaging/A... ). There are still enhancements to be done, so I hope to update this in future.
