Getting simpletests for the branches

Considering there is a large push to not only get tests into core, but into contributed modules, it would be a good idea to ensure the abuse module functions correctly. I have not yet used the simpletest module but aim to get cracking on it soon. If any others do have experience, it would be great if you could help out (be it from the 5.x branch).
