Small OG-related module

I am looking for a developer to write a small module for Organic Groups 6. It would limit the visibility of the Audience public checkbox to only members of a particular role. (i.e. for those groups which are open, to suppress the public checkbox for users who have create/edit node permission but do not belong to a particular admin role.)

The module would provide a simple admin page where one specifies which role/s have permission to see and use the Public checkbox.

I need this module within the next month or so.

I would be keen to contribute this little module to the Drupal community.
