I've grant all priviledges of FAQ and FAQ_ask modules to all roles my site have but nobody still can't "ask question". After pressin "Send my question" it returns blank "FAQ category" page (something like in attach). And no "unanswered questions" box i have.
What i do wrong?

"Unanswered questions" is a block that must be enabled.

Do you currently have any live (published) FAQs?
