Enclosed patch makes sure, the 'default' display's tab always comes first on administrative pages.

Note that the order doesn't really matter for most English sites, as "Default" starts with "d". However if it is translated to "Standard" in German, the "Default" tab appears somewher but not as the first tab. Enclosed are two little before and after screenshots.

I think this is an obvious little one, that I'm allowed to commit rightaway (according to our IRC talk). Therefore committed (see #119056).
