How do you enabled Ubercart when it has an red X and you can't check it

In my Module area the ubercart core is not giving me the option to enabled them so what should i do to enabled them

you can't use Drupal 5.x modules on Drupal 6.x

Drupal 5.x modules only work with Drupal 5.x and Drupal 6.x modules only work on Drupal 6.x
