'#required' param from 'Selector' select list must be set to false

When I add field to taxonomy that set as required, taxonomySearch module sets param '#required' to both fields - Selector for taxonomy and node list. But when I try to edit already created node, taxonomy list have no selected items, but in node list I have selected nodes from older editions. And I can't save node without selecting taxonomy item and select nodes from list again.
