Don't know if I have misunderstood the $html parameter, but this patch invert the conditions involving it!
Please let me know if $html = TRUE means otherwise than expected :-)

karens commentedWell, you reversed both values, but it looks to me like one is the reverse of the other. At any rate, the code works right now and I'm not sure exactly what yched's intentions were, so I'm leaving it alone unless we find a problem.
I'll leave this out here so yched can comment whenever he has time to look at it.
