I consider this a bug, only because it causes two pages which I think should look identical, to look different, because they have different css tags.
When viewing the /admin page, the divs which the lists sit in have class values of "menu", while those same lists have class values of "item-list". Perhaps the default themes look okay, but it causes goofy indentation in some themes. They should both just call the same theme() function.

My question is, what could actually cause a drupal website to switch from admin theme to the custom theme when administering admin/build/block. I dont know what the problem is and I need help. I have been on this for the past two weeks now. Please can someone help.
