Need Voting Function For My Website!!!!

I'm pretty new to Drupal but I was able to configure a new website with the Drigg module on it. You can see it at www.justfor.us

I want to add more modules to the site and I want users to be able to vote for the modules that they like best. The top voted modules will be shown on the main menu bar.

For example, I have two modules: Drigg and a Forum. I want a vote button on the Drigg_home page and another vote button on the Forum_home page. The module that gets the most votes is in first place on the top menu bar.

I am willing to pay any of you skilled programmers to set this up for me.
