Hi Ron,
I just installed the latest beta5 release of biblio. The "import from bibTeX file" function worked fine, but I experienced errors when clicking on the "filter tab". The first one is "Unknown column 'b.biblio_authors' in 'field list' query". See the attached snapshot "biblio_filter_tab.png". I also noticed that the "author" field does not show in the filter form.
With regard to the update status, I noticed that this module reports the beta4 release as the recommended one. But this is of minor interest.

Filters are fixed in the current -dev and next beta.

I still get some errors, but this time errors only happen if the bibliography database is absolutely empty. Filter tab works fine on non-empty database.

Thanks for that report, I reworked the code to account for an empty database.
