Child Terms displayed on top of hierarchy page

Issue Summary

Hi,

After enabling this module I can see the child terms of a parent displayed on category pages which is a good start, but how can I theme this?

I cannot see any blocks created automatically in the blocks section, so that I could change the position and look of it.

Any ideas?
