Download Drupal again?

Hi,

First, I just want to thank all the great people (you) involved in the Drupal process.

I've finished one web-site using Drupal and I'm about to start my second site. My question- Do I have to download Drupal again or can I just use the old installation with a different theme? I believe I read somewhere that it wasn't necessary to download all over again and do the setup. I just don't understand how the content (text, comments) on the site stay intact?....not the themed CSS.

Thanks,

J

Related: http://drupal.org/node/257569. Drupal supports "reusing" the codebase but with a different database (which is how content separation is achieved).

See the documentation of "multisite" in README.txt/setttings.php and on this site, plus it's a question that comes up regularly.
