Open URL link on In Press and Submitted

Hi for the 'In Press' and 'Submitted' nodes it would be better to hide the Open URL link because nothing will be found, and the servers don't support the values "Submitted" or "In Press". At least the one at my university doesn't.

As a side feature would it be possible to add a config text box to change the text of various bits of biblio. I want to be able to say something different to "Find It Via OpenURL!". And "Tagged" would do better to be called EndNote or something. I don't really want to have to edit the source every time I want to change these strings after updating!
