I've installed this module and encountered the following problem. Only login users can vote/view the rating (Average and Note Count), despite my allowing anonymous users to access and view notevote's. Is this the way it is designed or I'm missing something?

This is "by design" for this module.

If there is sufficient interest in this, I can change it, provided it does not take too much time to do (it should not).

Anyone else interested? Please add comments below.
