If a customer purchases a recurring payment, say a site subscription fee, and I use Authorize.net for my payment processor, how does that work for me, the admin?

- Do I have to monthly go in and manually bill all subscribers?
- Does it depend on the payment processor?

I want to do two separate things for two separate sites:
1 - a website subscription fee that allows only those who have paid a monthly/quarterly fee to access certain portions of the site
2 - a web site where an monthly fee is paid to have your pages/information on my site.

Either way, I want to automate as much as possible to be "hands-free".

Any experience and advice is much appreciated.
