Hi.
Hope I'm posting in the right place. I would like to add an auction style section to my drupal website. I am considering php pro bid. Would drupal be compatible...how can I tell before I purchase the software? Any suggestions for a newbie would be apprecitated.

A) you are posting in a deprecated forum
B) the problem you run into with any 3rd party script is that it won't integrate with drupal unless you write a module to bridge the two pieces. This type of programming isn't for the faint of heart.
