Supress * warning: implode() [function.implode]: Bad arguments.

Hello, do you know if there's something that I can add or change to the module code to suppress the user-unfriendly "* warning: implode() [function.implode]: Bad arguments. ..." that appears just above user-friendly "* No posts match your criteria" when users happen to choose criteria that does not match any of the data?
