Any news on when Taxonomy and CCK will be added?

When it's ready :-)

Really, Taxonomy is already in progress, there's a patch in the queue if you can give it a go that would be appreciated.

CCK is a feature request I've heard in the forums, that I'm hoping for some contrib love on--that's more of a likelyhood than my getting to it right now.

Support for taxonomy is in the Drupal 6 version of this module.
