Undocumented third parameter

Hi,

there is an important undocumented third parametr in the hook_table_alter. I mean the array of table arguments. I didn't find even one example in documentation, where this parameter is mentioned. ---> Some not so experienced developers are lost when they want to alter/extend tapir tables.
