Description

Please look in admin/settings/performance
Under the Bandwidth optimizations secion:

These options can help reduce both the size and number of requests made to your website. This can reduce the server load, the bandwidth used, and the average page loading time for your visitors.
Aggregate and compress CSS files:
Disabled
Enabled

When this is set to Enable ... then the theme no longer is formatted on the page.

I am having a similar issue. This feature was working before and now that we have been moved to a VPS option within the same host, I can no longer enable this option. My site loses all styles when I do. It's like CSS Naked day.

Everything should be all set now. I also updated the theme a bit so fonts and spacing are better and more consistent between browsers.
