Hi there,
pathfilter doesn't have a lot of strings, so I made a translation starting from the .pot file in there. Nicely written imho, but I won't give any guarantees that I'll work on the translation anymore. You might still want to apply it, or not, it's up to you :)

"Links" are "Verweise" in German. See the http://cvs.drupal.org/viewvc.py/drupal/contributions/translations/de/DIC...

Fixed, new version is attached. (Personally, I hate germanifications like this one - the end user can't tell anyways, and for the admin it's just additional confusion. But well, standards are standards.)
I also reworked the wording for this section for (hopefully) more correct grammar and flow, please review again.
