Hello all,

I don't want any confirmation emails to be sent to people that register to my site. Do I have to write a custom module for this or can I do this via the admin interface somewhere? Thanks in advance.

That setting is in the Admin section.

Admin > User management > user settings. Uncheck "Require e-mail verification when a visitor creates an account".

I saw that setting in the admin section but an email is still being sent to users after they register. I believe that checkbox just turns the email to a confirmation email instead of a verification email. Any way to stop the confirmation email as well?

i run a local intranet site n i don hv smtp settings. i don want it to send any kind of mail.
what to do?
