Uhhh... separate the data
Uhhh... separate the data with dashes? Make a nice table and save as a jpg? You can't really have html and not html.
Textile
Use filter modules like Textile or PEAR Wiki Filter. With Textile we can create table with syntax like this:

Tablemanager is currently
Tablemanager is currently still in alpha development for the 6.x branch, but it's in a fairly functional condition for administrative users at least. It's going to go through several changes before a stable release is made, but there will always be an upgrade path (so you'll never lose what you've done previously).

Don't let people tell you you can't add html without typing html - it's just not true. If you install a wysiwyg editor, for instance FCKeditor, you wil have a 'add table' button to insert the table. Try the demo here: http://www.fckeditor.net/demo.
