Import existing files into media database

On the ./media page, create an import section. Admin would set an appropriate root in the hierarchy, and the user would be able to scan subdirectories for files. Using a checkbox, the user would be able to import the location/id3 info into the database.

This functionality should meet the needs of many who have existing archives already on their server that need to be integrated into Drupal.
