install it on drupal v 6.2

CONFIGURATION:

0) Install and enable the adbard module.
> I dit it, everythink seems ok

1) Visit "Administer" => "Site configuration" => "Ad Bard Network" and follow
the instructions on that page to find and enter your Ad Bard Key.
> when i go in Administer->Site COnfiguration there are no menu item "Ad Bard Network"

Is threre a know problem with some modules ?
