Sorry, a few notes:

- Change 'admin/help#image': return t(' to be two seporate lines.
- Try to keep <p>sentences</p>'s together on one line for consistancy
- Add some extra whitespace before ordered list items (1 space should do it) for readibility
- title = "imagepage" Make real titles, for those with screen-readers, etc.
- Please remove the break;.

Okay, the helptext are up-to-date, but only aren't wrapped into <p>-aragraph tags.
Attached patch fixes this..

This simple patch is ready to be committed..
