Allowed content for group manager but not to members by deafult.

Let us say I have two CCK types managed under group context type1 and type2
If I make type1 (or type2) allowed under this module, it immediately by default makes it available to group members. If the group manager wants, he can go inside his group and disable the content type.

What I am looking for is make type1 available by default but type2 NOT available by default inside group. I want the group manager to go inside the group to make type2 available.

How can I achieve this? I am suspecting manipulating something with the default record in the database could achieve I want. But not clear.
