Well it didn't fail originally. It failed once the 7.x branch was broken.

Actually I'm going to change this to postponed, since it's still an 'active' issue, just has its cause somewhere else. This seems to be the convention, and then we don't end up with duplicate issues filed about this since it won't come up in default search otherwise.
