fwiw, the test was committed with the exceptions in it already: http://drupal.org/node/248436 - I think this was the first time clickLink() had been used with a query string.

Assuming this was fixed by #243773: SimpleTest: Use the Batch API instead of the current all-in-one approach, but it no longer occurs.

Unfortunately this is still active - depends on this (which I incorrectly said I couldn't reproduce any more, then reproduced again...)

I would basically close this as I can't reproduce this by running the statics tests. But catch set this to postponed I just dare to ask:

How to reproduce?
I can't so can't this be closed?

With the possibility of seeing no response and forgetting about this issue I propose we close it and as usual if someone finds it we can reopen it. clean queue++
