I purchased plugin drupal version (5/19), downloaded to mac, opened folder, read & ftp'ed to server per instructions for plugin. installed into /sites/all/modules/ Back in Drupal module showed up, I enabled in site building, configd and tried to use. 1st attempt was in Safari & (as expected on further review) it told me it couldn't do that in message under the edit-body box. 2nd attempt was on Firefox on mac. trying to edit there created really clean white web page window & nothing else. 3rd was IE under windows. Page not available message received. tried setting to Safari mode to which I get message saying server disconnected.

oh... Initially due to error message, I had to manually create the directories wpro_shared/ images, docs & media under /files on first attempt to use after config in safari.

I was surprised this wasn't mentioned in instructions but didn't see that or other steps that would do automatically so did manually as root.

later, thought maybe permissions had something to with IE & firefox response on the those directories, set to 777, but no change. site is virtual host on ensim.

So, is there a step I left out during install? Any other modules required to be enabled? is it a path problem? doesn't match symptoms of other problems I found where that is proposed fix. if path how much of the whole path does it need exactly? Something else entirely. Thanks for any pointers. Site in question is toptexasaussies.com
