Sessions, contribution, connection, and Early Bird savings until 8 June.I saw this module with great hope that it would solve my Internationalization problems, but realised it is only for D6. Is there some way of achieving the same thing in D5? If not, would it be feasable to backport this module to D5?
It seems crazy that this feature is not already possible in the i18n system.

drewish commentedI think you could probably achieve the same type of thing in D5. The only i18n site I've got is D6 so I'm not familiar with the issues you'd run into trying to backport. If you want to try it and contribute it back I'd create a release for it.

drewish commentedi just swapped some emails with someone who's been working on a 5 port of the module. i'm looking forward to seeing what they've been able to do.
