I've really liked a certain contributed theme for a while and even participated some by providing testing feedback and troubleshooting. However, it seems the project isn't moving forward now.
What's the Drupal way to deal this problem?
My technical skill is limited, so my inclinations is to find others who are willing to pool resources to fund work on the theme. However, this is most likely to tick off the designer.
