Views UI Prevents DHTML Menu Effects

When editing a view via the Views UI, the DHTML module's "menu effects" become disabled. The effects return when the Views UI (i.e., editing) page is exited. FYI, this was also present in 6x-2.0-beta2 but I didn't notice it prior to that (and I use DHTML menus for my admin-menu block so I'd likely have noticed it).
