the video module is converting uploaded files to flv fine, but every time poormanscron runs i get a blank duplicate node created, it also increments the fids for the video and thumbnails; thankfully i don't actually get duplicate FLVs or thumbnails. At the moment i've disabled poormanscron and set flashvideo to convert files on upload and i get no more blank duplicate nodes, but then don't get any thumbnails and this isn't really an option as need use poormanscron as i'm running on win2k server. I can see that other people have had similar issues with the flashvideo module but know appears to have posted a solution yet, if i've missed the solution to is known issue please point me the right direction.

Please make sure that your output directory is not the same as your video import directory. I have run into this before and that was the problem.

Sometimes it's the simple things, thanks for the tip, so obvious now you've explained how i sent in to a loop;)
