Failed to search user in zip code location

Hi,

I've installed 2 drupal 5.7 (fresh)installations to setup this location module.I have good result when i search 'node' type like 'Page' for zip code location, but not with 'user' type.
So, when i input some zip code,the result show only all page content ('node' type) and 'no' user name in the result.

How can i set this location module to show/search some 'user' within certain zip code area ?

Here are my steps:
1. Install fresh Drupa5.7
2. Turn on search module
3. Install zipcodes.us.mysql via Phpmyadmin
4. turn on location and views module
5. in administer/location, i 'enable; user location
6. Fill out my information(zip code) thru edit 'my account'

Is there any steps that i miss ?
