Looking at the code - this module overrides the menu system to give users access. I had users buy a node for a job board and then was trying to link to link them to node/add/position-available. This would result in a "no access message" - but... it turns out that the module DID give them access to "node/add/position_available" NOTE THE UNDERSCORE. The link with the underscore works for submitting content that's been purchased.
