Intermediate Drupal skills, strong CSS skills, familiarity with Zen subthemes

Hi there,

I'm finishing up the design mockups on a site, and I've realized I won't have as much time as I'd like to actually do the CSS coding.

I'm going to configure the site over the next few days, and enter some dummy content. What I need is an experienced CSS expert to implement the basics of my design (header, footer, homepage layout, 2 or 3 additional page layouts, general typography), using a Zen subtheme. You'll be working from my design mockups (Adobe Illustrator), a site map document, and direction from me.

The site uses existing Drupal modules, and no customization of Drupal is required. But I will need you to make configuration decisions and recommendations.

I expect this would be about 25-30 hours of work for an experienced CSS person.
