I've installed Tiny MCE 6.x-1.1-dev and IMCE 6.x-1.0 in Drupal 6.2

When I click on Insert Image I don't see the browse button appear. Any help would be appreciated.

Should I be able to see permissions for IMCE in Administer > Permissions? I don't see them. Tried refreshing, running cron, running update etc.
