Description
I'm not sure if this is a bug report or a feature request. When I install the TinyMCE module, the "Split summary at cursor" button (new in Drupal 6) disappears. I like the button (or rather, its functionality) a lot.
Are there workarounds for manually choosing the splitpoint? Is a solution in the works?
Thanks,
Klaas

Also, this is caused regardless of using TinyMCE for a particular user. I.e., once the module is installed, the button is gone.
Browser: FF 2.0.0.14

I've noticed the same at my Drupal 6 test site...

There is a TinyMCE plugin bundled with the module, which you have to install by copying the folder 'drupalbreak' to tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins in the TinyMCE module directory. It adds drupal teaser and page break functionality to TinyMCE. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get it to work with Drupal 6.2.

Just read the next post... (I post a solution that was not a solution...) sorry...

try to use TinyMCE 2.1.3 stable insted of the last version. It seems that, the way of how plugins are made has change since version 3.x of TinyMCE.

Same here, ok there is a break button in tiny MCE, but it just allow to add a tag into your content, it don't emulate the "split summary" button...
#7
I've installed tinymce 2.1.3 ... and 6.x-1.x-dev but "split summary at cursor" buttom does not appear ... :(, maybe must I install tinymce stable module? 6.x-1.1-dev?

Try TinyTinyMCE module, it seems to me that this feature works well there (I have to test it more in depth though, I have just found that module...).

Thanks.
I'm going to test it.

this plugging version work great.

However, this doesnt entirely emulate what can be done with "Split summary at cursor". The feature allows you to say whether or not the teaser should also be a part of the full node which means you can specify a teaser different from the automatically generated teaser.
It would be nice to see this feature working.

I'm really waiting for this functionality to work !

Is this maybe a default function of tinymce to hide??
Please help with this bug.
