csm 7.x-1.0-beta6

There's not been a new release of the module in a long time, and since a few bugs were recently fixed it seemed like a good time to roll out another beta. This version also includes a settings page, but that doesn't do anything yet. By the time of the first RC, this settings page will allow custom messages to be set per role: e.g., it will be possible to show users of role 1 different messages to those seen by users of role 2, even if those users are submitting the same node type.
