URL alliases not working

Description
I've used this module to migrate from wordpress to drupal but all the alliasses that where imported form wordpress aren't working : ( when I change tho something shorter they work.
They are now : index.php/2008/05/16/genesis-sync-on-ubuntu-hardy-heron of this format
I would to know if I could configure them in that way to would work
