Included readme indicates users should include titles by using:
[node:123,title="Original version of the picture"]
Input filter help (on page) indicates:
[node:node_id,param_1="val1",param_2="val2"]
But what the when using "title=" or "param_1=" it results in a warning and is stripped out. Guidance should say something like:[node:123,"Title of link here"]

Fixed in CVS. The README was right and the in-page help snippits have been updated.
