Same vor -dev and -beta5 versions
I notice that for both versions 6.x-1.x-dev and -beta5, no matter what Publication Type I choose the available fields at the edit form are the same (in my case I was entering a Conference Paper and field as Conference Name were note there).
I took a look at the biblio.install file and notice that the code that was supposed to create the Publication Type specific fields information (probably used by the module to create the form on the fly) inserting this info at the biblio_type_details was commented.
I went to look for this info at the database and the biblio_type_details was not there (not created by the biblio.install file)
Is the Publication Type specific information and correspondent code still in development?
This is just a question to know if my installation was ok and not a complain to your amazing work.

Yes. Basically I have not yet provided the required defaults for the fields. Funny you should ask though, since I was just thinking about that very issue a few moments ago.

I forgot to mention that you can always access all the fields by scrolling down the form and finding the collapsed fieldset called "Other Biblio Fields", all the fields not specifically assigned to a particular type are in there.

Maybe I'm wrongly interpreting your last message but specific information fields (ex. Conference Name) are not available inside "Other Biblio Fields".

Strange, they are on my system. None the less, that's was just a work around, not really the solution. I will be providing the complete mappings with the release version.

has this fix been submitted yet? as when i try to create a view and opt to have a biblio type field it doesn't display in the view.
