Hi to all.

I am currently using the 6.2 version (was on the older version) and I did a fresh install instead of an upgrade. In short, I am starting from scratch.

I have noticed that my website does not appear if the format is http://www.mywebsite.com and it only appears if the format is http://mywebsite.com

Any ideas why it is like this?

Check: http://drupal.org/node/120173

When you say it doesn't load, do you mean you get an error message, or you get a white screen, or something else.

If you get an error message, what is it?

Does your host give you access to error logs? If you get a white screen, the error log is likely going to be real helpful.

Can you tell us what the site is?

I don't think this is an htaccess issue, but when you did the install, did you remember to copy in .htaccess, and do you remember whether you had to do anything funny with .htaccess last time?

Look at your .htaccess file and read the comments. You can force the URL to include www or not.

Hi.

Where do I find the .htaccess file. Sorry I am a newbie to this.

Thanks

Thank you for the responses.

Please see for yourself because there are errors when I go to http://www.thewatchworks.org

and I can go to my Drupal site at http://thewatchworks.org

Is this a minor fix?

Here is what I get when I go to http://www.thewatchworks.org

But all is fine when I go to http://thewatchworks.org

The problem has been solved by the webhost Hostgator.

They provided instant services and fast response emails.

Thank you to all those that provided feedback over here.
