Show me how to create multiple registration pages / maybe create a module for this

I develop Drupal sites but I don't know how to code php and I really need to have multiple registration pages on my site. I haven't been able to get any help with this on the forums, I found this post: http://drupal.org/node/134107#comment-851320 but haven't been able to make sense of the last step. I am interested to pay someone to do this for me, I would like to see this made into a module, but its not a requirement, just I'd be willing to share this with the Drupal community as I feel its an important feature. I also have another small mod that I need made with the inline registration module to add a registration page to a specific node instead of to the node add page.

From what I can tell this should be a fairly small project, I am open to offers to do this or I can help you with another aspect of Drupal, such as theming / design which I can do very well (graphic design, custom css layout, block placement, etc).
