I'm just starting to evaluate requirements for a real-estate/classifieds site, and the feature list here looks interesting. I'd even be up to helping attempt a D6 port, as I know I'll be wanting some customizations.
But I was hoping to get a gimpse of the thing in action before investing half a day setting it up.
Can you update the demo or refer to anything that's currently using this?

According to the maintainer's website the server was compromised and is no longer available. I believe from another issue that http://www.rockawaycoopsandcondos.com/ is using this module. Also and http://drupal.org/node/262001 is the port to Drupal 6 progress.
