How to remove Default Title textbox

Hi,
When i create a new Content type then i needs to remove the default mandatory " Title " field .
Plz suggest how i can remove this.
Also i want to remove Log message,Links like Publishing options , Authoring information , Menu settings etc
when creating a content.
So plz help me to sort out the such problem.
