Displaying related content on nodes linked with Node Reference

Hi, have a node reference question. On my site www.phillytechhq.com I have two content types. Company and Story. The Story node has a node reference field back to the company so that I can associate a story with a particular company.

Now, I want to create a linking between the company and the story so that I can show that company x has the following stories associated with it.

What modules do I need to be messing with? Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm using Drupal 5.6. Would move to 6 if I know it will help.
