Installed OK...but chat fields don't show correctly on chat page....Bowob support says the theme must be in wrong location...repeated tries....can't see the problem!

I have used Tribune but doesn't all the cool features that I expected. I will try that bowob but I don't like how it redirects to another site. Thanks
